needs help with I'm after advice on time management systems to help prioritise & manage time spent on various activities, ensuring everything gets done in the time available ;)
11 months agoHave you tried Huddle? it helps you to get organised and project manage. Not great if there are hundreds in a team but might be worth a try - here's a link http://www.huddle.com/

Thanks Nina and Sim. I wasn't very clear, but rather than tools (software etc) I'm after practical training in time management as a behavioural skill - I've identified what I'm good at ('big picture', connections & ideas generation, following systems already in place) but I muddle through with what I'm not good at (details & creating systems in the first place). I was really just testing the site, though, to help it get going ;)

Trying reading the 'ONE MINUTE MANAGER' first, it is one of the thinnest books around living up to its title.
