The bare minimum information that we require from you is your name and your email address. You may provide us with more information about yourself or remove additional information by adjusting your Privacy Settings which you can access via your User Profile.

What happens if the information relates to a friend or another person?

If you provide us with your friend's or another person's information, you must ensure that your friend or this other person is aware that we are processing their information and the purpose of such processing.

What do you use my information for?

We use your information to provide you with our services, to update you with the latest news, for administration and accounting, for marketing purposes and to ensure that our services are tailored to your needs and interests.

Do you use my information for other purposes?

We may contact you about our services, special offers, competitions or any new and exciting events from time to time either by email or by leaving you a message through your use of our website. We promise we will never spam you but if you do not wish to receive any of such information, you can opt-out by ticking the opt-out box when you register with us or by emailing us at info@greentalent.org

We will never share your information with other companies unless you have given us permission to do so. You can give us permission by ticking the box requesting your consent when you register with us as a Registered User or by emailing us at info@greentalent.org.

Just so you know, ticking this box does not mean that we would sell your personal information to spammers.

How do you safeguard my information?

We take safeguarding your information very seriously. For this reason, we take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we collect from you is kept secure at all times. We will keep your information for the time you are a Registered User, and for a period of twelve (12) months after you stop being a registered user, for our records purposes.

In the event your information has changed since you registered with us, you can update your information by accessing the User Profile to make the necessary changes.
