Moderation and safeguarding on the forum

Your safety online is very important to the Green Talent team and it is our intention to provide you with a safe and secure environment to share information. The team at Green Talent reviews and moderates all posts and communications across the site. Every 'conversation' or 'help topic' has a button, which users can use to notify the moderator of inappropriate behaviour or anything which contradicts the code of conduct.

All communication is visible and open within the forum so that good advice and interesting topics can be read by all. There is a strict privacy policy and no emails or personal information, such as phone numbers, can be passed to other members in the forum. We block users from inputting mobile phone numbers or personal email addresses direct into conversations.

The purpose of the Green Talent forum is to promote the sharing of knowledge and information in the community. However, to ensure that the Green Talent Services are enjoyed by all participants, it's important to not submit any images or words that could be offensive, illegal or inappropriate in any way. We take breaches of this provision very seriously and therefore reserve the right to take any action that we deem necessary. This can include, without limitation, suspension or termination of your use of the Green Talent services and/or the Website. In certain circumstances we may instigate legal proceedings as appropriate if there is illegal use of our Website or the Green Talent services.
